Age Restriction
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to use sunbeds in the UK. Just Tan strictly adheres to this regulation. Anyone who appears under the age of 21 must provide a valid form of identification, such as a passport or driving licence, as proof of age before using the sunbed services. Failure to provide appropriate identification will result in refusal of service. Just Tan reserves the right to deny access to sunbeds if there is any doubt regarding age verification.
Personalised Sessions:
Our tanning sessions are tailored to your unique skin type and tanning history, in strict adherence to Sunbed Association guidelines, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
Session Breaks:
A minimum interval of 24 hours between sessions is required to promote safe tanning practices and reduce the risk of overexposure.
Booking Availability and No-Show Policy:
While we endeavour to accommodate all bookings, sunbed availability cannot always be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance. If you fail to arrive on time for your scheduled tanning session, your slot will be lost. For customers who have prepaid for a single session, this will be treated as a no-show and the payment will not be refunded. Customers holding a Bronze or Gold Pass will lose their slot for that day and must rebook for the following day.
Package Expiry & Usage Limits
Tanning passes and block bookings are valid for a fixed period starting from the date of purchase.
• 30-day passes expire 30 days after the purchase date.
• 60-day passes expire 60 days after the purchase date.
• Block bookings are valid for six months from the purchase date.
Usage Limits (Passes Only):
• Maximum 15 minutes per session
• Maximum 3 sessions per week
Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over, extended, or refunded.
Sunbed Unavailability:
Just Tan cannot be held responsible for periods when sunbeds are unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or fully booked schedules.
